General Return Policy (14-Day Window)
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. The request must be initiated within this period.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging (including all protective materials and components).
- Proof: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Approval: Returns will only be accepted after you have requested and received prior approval from our customer service team.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees: Please note that all return shipping fees for change-of-mind or non-seller fault returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages & Issues (Defective/Incorrect Items)
Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, or safety reasons. We cannot accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Customized or personalized products (special orders and pre-order).
- Personal care and beauty products (if the seal is broken or used).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Sale items, gift cards, or promotional products.

Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have for a refund (following the above policy) and then make a separate purchase for the new item at your convenience. We do not offer direct exchanges.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason and without justification (known as the cooling-off period). All other return eligibility conditions (unused, with tags, original packaging) and the buyer's responsibility for return shipping fees remain the same.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or rejected.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
Please note that the final processing and posting time may vary by your bank or credit card company.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please contact us immediately.

Pre-Order Policy
Due to strict allocation commitments with distributors, orders for Pre-Order products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
